    IIT, NIT or IIT are institutions of national importance and repute. it is no just NET that you need to clear to get a job. Your qualifications in research will decide your claim.

    You want to build your career in lectureship then you have to complete your Ph.D because Ph.D will be mandatory for assistant professor post in universities from July 2021.
