Can I work in HR field after completing Doctorate in Management studies?
I am pursuing Doctorate in Management studies from ISBM.

If your specialisation is HR and you are doing doctorate in any of HR topic, you can work in the field of HR on the completion of doctorate. If your management functional specialisation is different than HR, you may face challenges in getting opportunities in the field of HR.
