Dear Jefrina, Of course, you can work in the UK after getting a degree from other nations provided you are a suitable candidate for this job. But it will be better if you study where you want to settle. Good wishes.

Jefrina! Firstly, I am not your Sir. And understand one thing that MBA is nothing to do with your arch degree. You can for for M.Arch. However, if you still want to go for MBA then that's not the bad option because MBA will enhance your business mind and you can secure a good position in company.
