    Yes, the University of Maryland Baltimore allows international students to work while studying.
    UMBC allows qualified students to work on or off campus and earn money every two weeks to help pay for their education. Earnings from the Federal Work Study may serve as a substitute for taking out loans. Based on their reported and authorized hours, students receive biweekly pay for working up to 20 hours each week.
