Can I work with Emirates and Qatar Airways if I do CPL and PPL in India or will I only get a chance to work with Indian Airlines?

There is no such rule as to which airlines you can work for. That depends on the fact that if your qualification is recognised, there would be no problem in applying for any airlines.
