Can I work with top hotels like Leela without completing BHM?

I have completed HSC in science with computer science. I have done 3 months course of hotel management. I have outstanding interpersonal skills and have good command over English. I am a quick learner and good manners and etiquette.

Normally, such brands don't take candidates without BHM degree but if you have exceptional abilities and skills, they may hire you at a very basic, entry level and then you can grow with your performances. To get that entry will not be easy. It will require lots of persuasions and chasing. All the
