Can I write 3rd year BA instead of B.Com? What are my options?
I did my 3rd year B.Com in 2001 but I failed in 1 subject. As I was moving country, I could not finish my graduation. I am now looking to study further but without graduation, things are difficult.

No, you can't not write 3rd year paper if B.A. It is not possible. Your options are like this first you can complete the B.Com course and you can apply for the B.A. Or you can directly take admission in the B.A. Course. Now its all up to you what you want to do.

No, you can't directly write 3rd year paper of any UG course. In other words you can't switch directly to 3rd year. Other options you can opt like complete your UG from B.Com & then switch to B.A. For PG course. Alternatively you need to start it from 1st year of B.A.
