Yes, you can write the AFCAT (Air Force Common Admission Test) after completing your engineering, but only if you have a full-fledged engineering degree (B.E./B.Tech). AFCAT eligibility for technical branches requires a minimum of 60% in a bachelor's degree in engineering. A Diploma alone doesn't qualify. Ensure you meet the degree, age, and other eligibility criteria specified by the Indian Air Force before applying for AFCAT.

As you asking for the eligibility for the AFCAT exam and as you mention that you have done only Diploma, you are not eligible for the AFCAT exam. The minimum education qualification is to be graduated from a recognised University and you have done only a Diploma so you are not eligible for AFCAT exam.
