Yes everyone can write EAMCET exam after completing the Diploma course but under some criteria which is given as following 

1 You need to have passed the qualifying exam (Diploma) with the required percentage of marks 

In this course there are no age limit

Diploma holders cannot write EAMCET for B.Tech .they must apply through ECET for direct second-year admission. However, Diploma holders in agriculture or related fields can appear for EAMCET to join agriculture or pharmacy courses.  eligibility depends on your Diploma subjects you have .
