Can i write gate exam with btech from ugc aproved(not aicte) university by one time sitting?

I think you can not give because this si not approved by AICTE and not eligible for any higher education

Dear Akarsh,
No, You need to complete your degree (Technical) from a recognized institute approved by UGC & AICTE.
Please check IIT website for more details, http://www.gate.iitb.ac.in/gate2013/pre-exam/eligibility/
