Can i write IAF, IAS, IFS, and otther civil services exams after completing Aircraft maintenance engineering ?

you have to complete your graduation first for give civil service exam and also age not more than 30 year only 5 year age relaxation for reserved candidates

No, because it is not a degree from UGC/AICTE recognized university.
