Yes, you can write,
Any ias aspirant can write this exam in his regional language.
As per my knowledge any aspirant can give his/her ias in one of 24 regional languages mentioned in ias prospectus such as
Kannad, tamil,telugu,konkani,urdu, malayalam,hindi etc.
