Can I write inter medical entrance one more time with NCC C Certificate?

Ncc c certificate we got in degree is valued for inter reservation My frnd who did ncc in inter had got veternary seat but i did in degree is this used for inter medical entrance

    At the time of allotment, the certificate has a certain quota.But, the regulations are not altered for C.
