    Absolutely, if you have a Master of Physical Education (M.P.Ed.) certificate, you are eligible to take the NET (National Eligibility Test). To ascertain an Indian national's eligibility for an Assistant Professor position and a Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) in Indian universities and colleges, the National Testing Agency (NTA) administers the NET exam. A postgraduate degree in physical education known as an M.P.Ed. is accepted as credit toward the "Physical Education" topic code on the NET exam.
