Yes but only 10+2+3 degree is eligible. you got this way from open system you must eleigible

Hi Santhosh, UPSC holds civil service examination every year to recruit IAS, IPS, IFS officers.
To be eligible :
** Candidate should have a degree of graduation in any field from any recognized university.
