Yes, you may pursue the course.
Generally, to pursue M.Tech, candidates need to pass graduation (B.E. / B.Tech) in the relevant field with minimum 50% and 45% for reserved categories from a recognized university. Candidates need to sit for an entrance exam.

HI. ROHIT i would suggest you to opt for PHD or MPHIL rather than M.TECH, why double masters.? if you deserve more than that.
and prepare for NET/SET also.
will boost your career graph.
