Can IIT Dhanbad accept JEE Mains score only for B.Tech+M.Tech in CS?

I am asking it because Shiksha. Com suggests me IIT Dhanbad as well as IIT Patna on basis of my JEE Mains score.

    Admission Procedure in ISM Dhanbad is based on the composite scores obtained by the candidates in IIT Joint. Applicants seeking admission for M.Tech programmes are required to apply. First you have to crack JEE Advanced means JEE Mains also.
