Yes, Indian students can get scholarships to study in Finland. Universities offer most scholarships as tuition fee waivers of 50% to 100%.
Few Finland Scholarship provides an additional EUR 5,000 relocation grant. PhD positions are generally tuition-free for all nationalities.
