Can Indian students transfer credits from Indian universities to South Korean universities?

Yes it is possible for Indian students to transfer credits from their current college to South Korean university. But this cannot be done at every South Korean University. It is limited to select few. 

Seoul National University, Korea University, Yonsei University, Sungkyunkwan University and Hanyang
