Yes, technically speaking it can be done. You need to have the flair for doing the same simultaneously without disturbing any of them because both are quite diverse fields. However, take care that you do NOT end up taking degree / certificate etc for both of them in the same academic year.

Managing interior design and B.Com together will be strenuous task as both are totally different streams and demands proper time. So, it is up to you to decide whether you can balance both. Opt for both together ONLY if you feel that you can manage.
