No, Bachelors is must for Masters degree. It can be anything.

M.Ed Eligibility Criteria:

No, you can't. If you want to pursue M.Ed, firstly you will have to pursue B.Ed course.

For MEd eligibility criteria is BEd in majority of Indian universities. Therefore, you can not do MEd after MCom.
