    You have to do Masters also to go pursuing MPhil. Get a minimum percentage of 55%. Study the basics of your chosen theme and research methodology.

    The minimum qualification for admission to the M.Phil program in the field of management is that candidate should be at least 55% marks in the aggregate in M.Com. MBA and other such degrees which are equivalent to the MBA degree of Indian Universities. BBA graduates are not eligible to seek admission in MPhil
