Can MBA in HR throgh IGNOU and OCA (DBA) fetch a gentle job ?(I am an ex service man age 40 yrs )
My qualification is :MBA HRM (IGNOU) and Diploma in labour Law& Labour welfare. Presently doing PG Diploma in Operation Management from IGNOU. I am an ex-service man(40 yrs) planning to do OCA(DBA).Is it advisable to do so ?
