Dear karan men can opt for HR. Human resource management is needed in every organization, as success of any organization depends upon team work. And for team work we require HR MANAGEMENT. For a carrer in HR you can do Post graduation in management or an MBA.

Hi karan,
of course, HR is a great option as a profession. As it does not limit itself in any single kind of company. Almost every reputed company has requirement of HR, sometimes even it is separate department as well.
So i will wish you best of luck for the bright future in this field.
Thanks

Hi, yes why not.HR field is NOT at all restricted to women!!!!! There have been so many males in HR who are doing exceedingly well and also earning handsomely. HR is not biased on Gender basis, but the skills matter most.
