Can my brother appear for UGC NET exam?

He completed his UG in physics. He has done MSW course.

    Hi,
    Yes, he is eligible if he has 55% in Master's degree. Also, he will have to choose the subject based on his Master's degree and not Bachelor's degree.

    Dear aspirant,
    Your brother is eligible for NET with his PG Degree in social work and not with his Bachelor's degree in physics.
    If he wants to appear in the NET exam related to physics then he needs to complete M.Sc in physics first.
