Can my brother (general category) get B.Com (Hons.) in Shri Ram College of Commerce with 80% in class 12th from state board 2018?

Most probably No. 80% for general category is not enough for admission into this college. Check last years Merit List or Cut Off List to know the minimum marks required. Last year my friend who scored 82% and was general category also wanted to take admission in the same college but wasn't alloted a seat.
