Can my brother get a government job as he completed SSC (1197) with first division but failed in class 11th?

He completed his class 12th in 2000.

    Yes, he will face many problems. This is a crime, one should never use fake degrees to get government jobs or any other purposes. Be real and loyal towards your country.
