    Dear Abdul, admission is based on centralized admission process conducted by Directorate of Technical Education, Maharastra. In case, your brother fails to clear the test, don't get disheartened. Try for admission in good private universities. They have different criteria for admissions. Some offer admission on the basis of their own tests and some offer direct admission on basis of class 10th marks. Some of the universities also offer scholarships on basis of your performance in class 10th or entrance tests.
