Can my daughter pursue MBA or some allied course?
My daughter is a chemical engineer in Ohio, USA.

Yes, MBA can be pursued after any graduation. There are no criteria of stream. Other management courses can also be pursued after any graduation. It depends on your interest. Otherwise, lots of courses in chemical sciences are also available.
