Can my friend pursue her higher studies in Canada?
She scored 6 band in IELTS, and her individual scores are L-7, R-5.5, W-5.5, S-5.

Although her overall band score is up to to the mark but in individual module she need to score 5.5 each. As she has scored 5 in speaking, I think it would be difficult to get a visa.

If she would, she will 100% get under non SPP programme.
