He can pursue MBA as Diploma is treated as 10+2 so it doesn't matter whether one has follow the pattern of 10th, 12th, & degree. 10th, diploma and degree will also be considered equal for pursuing MBA.

Hi Raviraj. In my knowledge yes he can do it as B.E will.be counted as a graduation only. Still before filling the admission form please call up to admission cell and enquire about these otherwise your money would be wasted if they won't let your friend to take admission in the college.
