Can my sister from general category get B.Com(Hons.) in Shri Ram College of commerce with aggregate of 88% in best 4 subject in 12th CBSE?

Last year, the cutoff for general category was 97.5.
Usually there isn't much difference in the cutoffs. But let's hope for the best and wait for the cutoffs. Also there are other good colleges in Delhi University providing B.Com (Hons). -
Sorry friend, as per last year cutoff your sister is not eligible for B.Com(Hons) as the first cutoff is 98%.
