Last year, the cutoff for general category was 97.5. Usually there isn't much difference in the cutoffs. But let's hope for the best and wait for the cutoffs. Also there are other good colleges in Delhi University providing B.Com (Hons).

Sorry friend, as per last year cutoff your sister is not eligible for B.Com(Hons) as the first cutoff is 98%.
