Yes, your sister can get seat in CVR in IT branch, only if she waits for 2nd phase or 3rd phase (if any) allotment. It's far difficult to get IT in CVR in 1st phase allotment. She may easily get other branches EEE, Mechanical, in any phase of allotments. -
