He completed HSC 10 years back. Now, he wants to complete his UG.

I feel happy when someone is desirous of rejoining path of study once again. There is absolutely no bar in rejoining after gap of certain years. But remember, studying and working simultaneously is quite taxing. Your son should be capable of this.
