can i apply for kiit 2016 i have passed class 12 from nios in 2015

Yes KIIT has not put any such restriction. NIOS was earlier part of CBSE and later made as a separate board under ministry of HRD , government of India. You need to qualify respective entrance exam.

All students from the ICSE/CBSE board are eligible for writing the IIT/JEE and All India entrance examination for engineering /MBBS and dental provided they have the subject combination necessary for attempting these exams i.e, Physics, Chemistry, Maths for Engineering and Physics, Chemis
