Can non Indian who lives in India like Tibetan refugees who have no citizenship of India can get in human rights lawyer job in India?

3 years agoIn India, even foreigner can practise law subject to rules and regulation of BCI. A British law graduate can practise law in India. Also government. Of India has special provision for citizen of Nepal, Bhutan and Tibet in government. Job and other services. To practise law in India one need clear BCI exam. To appear for AIBE exam one need to -
- be a law graduate from BCI recognised college
- enrolled in state bar
- minimum 21 year of age
