Can normal Maharashtra state board students give improvement exams or it's only for CBSE students?

Yes ofcourse, normal Maharashtra state board students can give improvement exams.

Yes! Both Maharashtra State Board and CBSE students can give improvement exams to enhance their scores in specific subjects.

Yes, whether you passed all of your subjects or not, you can choose to retake the HSC. Any student is allowed to retake the HSC merely to raise their grades in a particular subject. You can reappear for the HSC as a repeater or a new student. Being a repeater doesn't equate to failing a test.
