Can one become a doctor after completing M.Sc in medical sciences?

Sorry, but no one can become a doctor just only by pursuing M.Sc in medical sciences but yes, one can get doctorate degree after doing Ph.D. However, for becoming a doctor only MBBS is the way as they teach an exposure to surgical field along with medicine, so practical + theoretical assumption. One
