Can one do engineering and animation simultaneously? Is it allowed?

You can do 4-year full time degree course and certified course in animation simultaneously. It is not illegal to do full time degree course and a certificate course simultaneously. Our education system allows us to do so.

Yes, it is allowed. I will recommend you to take online course in animation where after the completion of the course you will receive a certificate and you can carry on with your engineering at the same time.
