are sikkim manipal and manipal university the same. if one does mass comm theough distance education from sikkim manipal and does at the same time ma communication from manipal university will it be valid.

You can do BA through SMU and then perhaps get into MA in MU. But if SMU and MU are indeed equivalent then they must permit mid course transfer for example from BA I Year of SMU to BA II Year of MU and also mid-course transfer from MA I Year of SMU to MA II Year of MU. Truth is distance education d
