Can one get admission in Bangalore University for MCA after appearing for KMAT Karnataka? I am from Ranchi.

You can get admission in Bangalore university affiliated colleges not in Bangalore University's main campus.

But, only students of Karnataka can write PGCET? And, I am not from Karnataka.

As you have written KMAT, you could apply for those colleges offering MCA through online mode or some Colleges conduct some entrance tests for admission, some offer direct admission.
