Can one get admission in the first-year BA Course?
My brother did ITI after he passed 12th science and now he wants to get a valid degree certificate from a government college. Is the admission open now?

Hello,
Yes, you can pursue admissions but most probably all the admission have been closed now. Maybe some of them would be open, you will have to check each college's (in which you want to take admission) website individually.
