B.Tech CS is superior degree in comparison to B.Sc CS or IT. You can get job of developer or tester in Small or Medium IT companies after B.Sc CS or IT. Yes, you can get job in MNCs, but one thing is important that is The major difference between both these field is that IT professionals deals with the application developed by computer engineers in real life process, while computer science deals with the science that facilitates these applications.
