    Hi Parul,
    Yes indeed! And at any point of time ,it's never late. Pursuing what one likes is justified because only then one can do justice to the profession ! The productivity and efforts put in are directly proportional to how much a person is interested in a job !
    To become an IAS officer you have to appear in Civil Service Exam.
    The Civil Service Examination is organized by UPSC every year to recruit candidate for IAS, IPS etc.
    Academic Qualification:
    The candidate must hold a bachelor's degree in any field from a well known college or university.
    You can pursue graduation in any stream.
