Can one survive in France without French language skill especially in (Bordeaux and Paris)?

No, it is tough to survive in France even in Bordeaux and Paris, as their main language for communication and learning is French. English is spoken by only a little amount of people. If you want to stay for a short duration, it is okay. But, if you are planning to study, then it won't work. Moreover
