Can one switch to HR field after working as a Business Development Manager in an advertising company?
I completed my BBM in 2014 with 6.7 CGPA from AU and waiting for the result of my MHRM course (2014-116). Currently, I am a fresher.

Yes, you can, but you need to have all the knowledge and skills of being an HR. Good communication and negotiation skills will help you to get a job of a HR.
