    Yes you can apply even if you are from other states there won't be any restrictions but there are some government colleges where you need to write their exams.

    Yes, if they are universities you can apply them and then you can join. If you want to join local engineering colleges of Tamil Nadu you have to write entrance exam and then you can join.

    Hello Sankaran, theoretically yes. But there are conditions. Seen from other perspective, as the vacant seats will keep increasing in Tamil Nadu, politicians controlling these will start putting pressure on government to relax some conditions in future years. TN board provides a correction option to students in case their name is misspelled in the marksheet. Students have to inform the school authorities, if any errors are found the marksheet. They will guide you to get the errors rectified.

Scoring good marks in Tamil Nadu class 10 exam in 1 month is possible only with focus, determination and hard work. Read the text books and class notes for Science and Social science. Solve as many sample papers and previous years' qyestion papers to have a good grip on subject. Take small breaks and restrict yourself from social media. This will help you ace the exam.
