3 years agoYes, if they are universities you can apply them and then you can join. If you want to join local engineering colleges of Tamil Nadu you have to write entrance exam and then you can join. -

Seen from other perspective, as the vacant seats will keep increasing in Tamil Nadu, politicians controlling these will start putting pressure on government to relax some conditions in future years.
