Can SC students get scholarships? If they can, how much scholarship they can get from government?

As a student of Delhi University I have seen my friends taking a variety of scholarships including government and college too. So yes there is usually some scholarships for lower Caste by the government. Also colleges provides different types of scholarships to SC and lower castes too.
