presently i'm working in a cement manufacturing industry i want to do M.tech (power engineering/power management) through distance education

M.Tech is not available in distance mode
However you can do following courses in part time mode (Evening classes) from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad
M.Tech.(Energy Systems)
M.Tech.(System & Signal Processing)
